QUT's Diploma in Health Science (Health Studies) is a pathway into a range of QUT undergraduate health programs including Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), Bachelor of Nutrition Science, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Human Services, Bachelor of Public Health.
Studying Diploma in Health Science (Health Studies) at the QUT College will develop your academic skills, which will help you become more confident with your university studies. This Diploma will also improve your academic English language skills, all while enjoying a complete university experience. Successful graduates will be guaranteed entry into one of the approved QUT Faculty of Health programs with up to 1 semester of advanced standing.
You will learn through university style lectures, tutorials and workshops with a focus on the development of independent learning skills. Smaller class sizes mean you get more individual attention from your teachers.
Students must have a pass in Australian Year 12 or equivalent and meet the English language proficiency requirements.

Submit an application for study through the QUT Application Portal or via an authorised QUT representative, such as IDP. You will need to pay an application fee of AUD $100 and submit your high school completion certificate, academic transcripts and records, English language proficiency test results, reason for study (Statement of Purpose), and passport identity page. They will receive a QUT student ID card so they can gain access to all the university services and facilities from day one.
