So we have different partnerships and Burbank is as most people know one of the leading volume builders in Victoria. We've got a relationship where we've actually created a special class for Burbank staff and what we do is we modify and customize the course to suit the actual needs of Burbank.
The the cross fertilization between the the the roles that the different people from Burbank had within that group was important and without exception we got first-class feedback. They are either satisfied or highly satisfied with how it expanded their understanding not so much of their role but their understanding of their role inside the Burbank corporation.
The Burbank group found it great working with TIV because we're really able to get expertise from outside the business and integrate that with our own management to really tailor a course it was beneficial for all.
I found that the studies really helped me to understand my role within a construction company on a deeper level. Really understanding how things go together, why they are the way they are, and what we need to really comply with and why things are done the way they are. TIV really helped me to understand all this. As a woman it's very important to get that education behind you and that gives you the credibility to challenge the boys on the same level. You know what they they get impressed too because, like my forte is contract law so I could reference clauses in the contract, and they're like oh wow where did that come from it's like yeah just read it here it's really useful so and that's what it's all about.
